Not American Top 40 is a radio show.

DJ Scummy B is not Casey Kasem. He’s dead. But the ghostly tenor of his voice continues to modulate the electromagnetic spectrum beyond the grave. You will not hear Casey. Or maybe you will. You many not recognize the sounds you’ll hear, even though familiar. Maybe a snippet, a bar, a loop or an entire composition, all pushing the boundaries of broadcast transmission. It’s a kind of radio experiment, but no lab coat or goggles are needed. Just an open mind, open ears, and a receiver.
